What Therapy Is and What It Is Not.

Therapy is a process, a process of self-discovery, growth, healing, and understanding.

Therapy is not being told what to do, how to do it, or how anyone "should" be.

Betty has extensive training in a number of modalities that include:

Payment

Fees for Services are $275.00 for the initial assessment session and $215.00 for all additional 53-minute sessions. Family sessions (53 minutes) are billed at $230.00. You are responsible for all costs of services. Further information regarding payment is provided in the policies/procedures section of the client paperwork.

Insurance

I am a preferred provider on many, but not all, insurance panels. I am not an Oregon Health Plan provider. If engaging in services, I do ask you to contact your insurance provider to ensure coverage, as you are responsible for the cost of services, regardless of insurance status. I have an insurance biller that I provide as a courtesy. Further information regarding insurance and insurance billing is provided in the policies/ procedures section of the client paperwork.
